About these terms
These terms describe how Boufala works with clients. Boufala is operated by Soulaymane Boufala. The specific scope, price and timeline of your project are agreed with you directly before any work starts. By confirming a project or service, you agree to these terms.
Consultation and quotes
The initial growth consultation is free and without obligation. Its purpose is to understand your business and recommend next steps; implementation is a paid service.
Prices shown on the Services page are starting prices. Your exact price is confirmed before work begins.
Some services, such as NFC review cards, are currently available locally only.
Payments
There is no online checkout. Payments are arranged directly on WhatsApp, by bank transfer, Cash Plus, or cash for nearby local clients where applicable.
- Small services: 100% upfront
- Larger and custom projects: 50% upfront, 50% before final delivery
- Monthly services: paid monthly, in advance
Scope and revisions
Each project includes the scope and revisions agreed at the start. Requests beyond that scope — such as new pages, new features or a new direction — are quoted separately.
Cancellations and refunds
Before work starts, you can cancel and a refund can be considered.
Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, since time and resources have already been committed. Exceptional situations are reviewed case by case.
Third-party costs already paid — such as domain names, hosting where applicable, advertising spend and external services — are non-refundable.
Domains and hosting
Hosting is included for websites built by Boufala. The one-page starter website uses a free Boufala subdomain; other website plans include a custom domain for the first year.
Your domain belongs to you. If you already own one, you can keep using it. From the second year, domain renewal is billed yearly — or included if you’re on the monthly maintenance plan.
Website maintenance
Maintenance is an optional monthly plan, available only for websites built by Boufala. You can subscribe, cancel or re-subscribe at any time.
The plan includes hosting, updates, maintenance, yearly custom-domain renewal and up to 10 small modifications per month. 50% of unused modifications roll over to the following month only — for example, if you use 4 of 10, 3 roll over and you have 13 the next month. Rolled-over modifications don’t keep accumulating.
Small modifications include text changes, image replacements, business information, opening hours, prices, links, buttons, minor spacing or alignment fixes and edits inside existing sections. New pages, redesigns, new systems, e-commerce, booking systems and other major features are separate projects.

Advertising
Advertising budgets are paid by you to the advertising platform and are separate from Boufala’s fees. Ad creative and ad account setup are separate from campaign management.
Campaign performance depends on many factors, and no specific results are guaranteed. All advertising follows the platforms’ own rules and policies.
SEO, Google Business Profile and reviews
SEO and Google Business Profile work improves the foundations search engines rely on, but rankings are decided by Google and are never guaranteed.
You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile. Boufala may be added as a manager with your authorization.
Review services only encourage genuine customer feedback. Boufala doesn’t create fake reviews, buy reviews, offer incentives for reviews or selectively filter feedback.
Your part
Please provide accurate information, content and any access needed for the work in reasonable time — delays can affect timelines. You’re responsible for making sure content you supply (logos, photos, text) can be used.
Third-party platforms
Many services rely on platforms such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp and domain or hosting providers. Boufala isn’t responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, such as account restrictions.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
